Agonda started her jumping career in Michael Whitaker's yard until an injury prevented her from continuing competition. Her obvious scope over a fence gives us confidence that she will breed this on.
Her sire Silverstone is a son of Champion du Lys, who won many Grand Prix with Ludger Beerbaum and also won the Derby of Hamburg twice. His dam is by Olympic showjumping stallion Carthago Z, then the Ramiro x Gotthard son, Renomee, who also sired many international showjumpers. The thoroughbreds Thuswin xx and Anblick xx provide the necessary blood and stamina.
Agonda has a half brother Uganada who is competing at 1.60m level in the Workd Rankings and her dam Nagonda has 2 half sisters Orieganda and Rizeganda who both competed at 1.60m level and the latter already bred a 1.60m WBFSH horse called Urieganda.
