Livery & Hire

Lissava Stud has the pleasure to offer horse owners an opportunity to avail of sending their horses in training to Lissava. Joe Owens has years of experience in producing and training horses in showjumping, as he competes in both young horse classes and the Grand Prix circuit both in Ireland & abroad. Our facilities are second to none, and we can provide excellent care and attention from our experienced team.

The facilities include:

* 5 furlong All Weather And Gallop
* Six Horse Walker
* Large Indoor Arena with Viewing Gallery
* All Weather Floodlit Outdoor Sand Arena
* Hacking out through the woodlands and forests
* Competitive Rates
* Full course of Showjumps Indoors including water tray, also Grass Arena outside with open ditches, water jump, cross country jumps etc.

The horses on livery will be given top class care and attention, with professional staff tending to their every need.

Showjumping Training at Lissava :

1 hour sj lesson with Joe (on own horse):40 Euro per person.

1 hour sj/flat lesson with Anne Marie (on own horse): 30 Euro per person.

Hire of facilities:

We can now offer you an opportunity to avail of our wonderful facilities in your own time. We charge per horse, so you can take as long as you like with your horse. Here are the rates:

Arena Hire:

20 Euro (one horse); Three (horses) or more: 15 Euro; Five or more -12 Euro.

Gallop Hire:

20 Euro per horse. Please contact us for Group rates.
